More Loves!
Leo Loved to play! He had his favorite
toys and always enjoyed a good cat "nip"! He
loved to spider hunt and he loved to chase strings and anything else
that moved! He really loved scatter rugs and often found
his way under one or scooting one all around the room.
He loved drinking from the faucet of my bath tub and Leo loved
to laugh! His expressions were always
priceless.....his humor and charm was irrepressible!

Chasing Stings and other things!
Leo was never as fast as his sister Gizzmo
and never caught her when they played "catch me if you
can!". But Gizzmo loved the game and would
egg Leo on.....getting him to chase her fruitlessly.
Well....one day I was sitting in the living room and the
game had begun. But this time, Leo had a
plan. Instead of running after her, he came
loping into the living room and hid behind a door that leads
into the bedroom. Then he let out a howl that
would have scared the crap out of me had I not been
watching! Well.....needless to say.....Gizzmo came
running out into the living room.....looking
around.....believing that Leo needed her help!
Just when she got to the door, Leo leaped out.....all four
feet off the floor, hollering "Mrrrrrooow!" and
landed right on top of her!! Honest to cripe it was
the funniest thing I have ever seen and one of the many
times that I thought: "where is that darn camera when
you need it!". He finally caught
her!! You should have seen the look on her
face!! She never fell for it again though! :) |
