Aladdin and Beyond !

Aladdin was the last play that Leo and Skuzzy completed together.  Aladdin is a magical sort of play.  Leo played the Sultan.....a good role indeed!   It is one of the first in which Poser 5 was used extensively to supplement the environment generation ability of Vue d'Esprit and Bryce.  From the credits page (left to right) The Sorcerer (Niklos), Genie of the Lamp (Genghis Khan), Aladdin's Mother (Skuzzy), and of course Leo...The Sultan.

A scene in the sultan's palace with Aladdin's mother (Skuzzy) and the Grand Vizier (Oliver Berrier).

The Sultan and the feast given for Aladdin (Servo).

The Sultan trying to understand the foolish talk of Genies by the Princess (XinXin)  and Vizier's son (Bubbles Poisson).

The Sultan explaining things to Aladdin's mother.

There is one more play to add.  Once Sleeping Beauty opens at CLAW, I will add some special scenes from that play here as well.

Leo has won many awards at CLAW but none meant more to him than the ones he won for his work on the sets and in his roles as supporting actor for a number of plays.

My little Leo's acting days are done on this earth.  He has but one more role to play and he shall play it for eternity......an angel held close by God.

These few pages cannot nearly cover all there is to say about Leo.  He was one of a kind.  I don't believe I will ever really get over him.   How could I.....he opened so many doors for me.  His interest in the arts are, of course, my interests.  I doubt I would have ever found my love of computers, computer graphics or met so many wonderful people through this medium had it not been for Leo.  To this day, I use a little icon I created from his image as Friar Tuck for the Avatar I use on many a forum.  My life changed when I let Leo go and it will never be the same again.  Where Gizzmo and I go from here is unknown.  But this site will remain for at least two more years as a memorial to Leo and all the others who have gone before him.   I miss him so much.   What more can I say.
